I sometimes feel bad about living close to my parents and far from my husband's parents, especially since our son was born. My parents can see him anytime they feel like, and I also ask them to take care of him often.
Koudai has been having a runny nose for a couple of days, and has been coughing since yesterday. It seems that sputum is blocking his throat, and he cannot cough it up or swallow it. When I tried to feed him this morning, he regurgitated the food with a cough.
We visited Koudai's grandparents in Tokyo last weekend.

A few days ago, the banana diet method was introduced on a TV program. It is something like if you keep eating a banana for breakfast everyday, you can lose weight.
I brought Koudai to a public playing facility for children near my house. I was with several friends who also have babies around Koudai's age. We went there together, but soon separated as all of us had to run after our kids.
